1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, scanning, generating, redeeming, or using any coupon or portal associated with this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform or redeeming any coupon.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The web-based coupon redemption system and dashboard portal.
• Coupon: A unique digital or printed code redeemable for money or gifts.
• User / End User: Any individual redeeming a coupon.
• Admin / Printer: Authorized personnel accessing the dashboard portal.
• Money Coupon: Redeemable for monetary value via UPI or bank transfer.
• Gift Coupon: Redeemable for physical goods delivered via courier.

3. Coupon Validity & Usage

• Each coupon contains a unique Coupon ID and QR Code and can be redeemed only once.
• Coupons are valid only until their expiry date, if specified.
• Expired, damaged, altered, or already redeemed coupons are invalid.
• Coupons remain inactive until officially activated after printing or distribution.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel or hold coupons suspected of misuse or fraud.

4. Redemption Conditions

4.1 Money Coupons

• Accurate personal and payment details must be provided.
• Payments may be processed manually or in batches.
• The platform is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details.

4.2 Gift Coupons

• Users must provide a complete and correct delivery address.
• Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and serviceability.
• Tracking details are provided once dispatched.
• The platform is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address details.

5. Status Tracking

• Coupon status may appear as Pending, In Process, Success, Failed, or Held.
• Status updates may require verification and manual approval.

6. User Responsibilities

• Users must ensure all submitted information is accurate.
• Coupon misuse or manipulation may result in disqualification and legal action.
• Users must not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

7. Dashboard & Admin Portal Usage

• Access is restricted to authorized users only.
• Role-based permissions apply.
• All activities are logged for audit and compliance.
• Unauthorized access or data misuse is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform acts solely as a facilitator.
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the face value of the coupon.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access or invalidate coupons without prior notice if suspicious or prohibited activity is detected.

10. Modifications

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable Indian courts.
