Acceptance of Terms By accessing, scanning, generating, redeeming, or using any coupon or portal associated with this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform or redeeming any coupon. ________________________________________ 2. Definitions • Platform: The web-based coupon redemption system and dashboard portal. • Coupon: A unique digital or printed code redeemable for money or gifts. • User / End User: Any individual redeeming a coupon. • Admin / Printer: Authorized personnel accessing the dashboard portal. • Money Coupon: A coupon redeemable for monetary value via UPI or bank transfer. • Gift Coupon: A coupon redeemable for physical goods delivered via courier. ________________________________________ 3. Coupon Validity & Usage • Each coupon contains a unique Coupon ID and QR Code and can be redeemed only once. • Coupons are valid only until their expiry date, if specified. • Expired, damaged, altered, or already redeemed coupons are invalid. • Coupons remain inactive until officially activated after printing/distribution. • The platform reserves the right to hold, cancel, or reject any coupon suspected of misuse, duplication, or fraud. ________________________________________ 4. Redemption Conditions 4.1 Money Coupons • Accurate personal and payment details (including valid UPI ID) must be provided. • Payments may be processed manually or in batches, and timelines may vary. • The platform is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect details provided by the user. 4.2 Gift Coupons • Users must provide a complete and correct delivery address. • Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and serviceability. • Once dispatched, tracking is provided via the platform’s internal tracking system. • The platform is not responsible for delays caused by courier service providers, natural events, or incorrect address details. ________________________________________ 5. Status Tracking • Coupon status may appear as Pending, In Process, Success, Failed, or Held. • Status updates are system-generated and may be subject to verification and manual approval. ________________________________________ 6. User Responsibilities • Users must ensure the accuracy of all submitted information. • Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or misuse coupons will result in permanent disqualification and possible legal action. • Users must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. ________________________________________ 7. Dashboard & Admin Portal Usage • Access is restricted to authorized users only. • Role-based permissions apply (Admin / Printer). • All activities are logged for audit and compliance purposes. • Unauthorized access, data extraction, or misuse of coupon data is strictly prohibited. ________________________________________ 8. Limitation of Liability • The platform acts as a facilitator for coupon redemption and fulfillment. • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to payment delays, courier delays, or technical interruptions. • Maximum liability shall not exceed the face value of the coupon in question. ________________________________________ 9. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform or invalidate coupons without prior notice if terms are violated or suspicious activity is detected. ________________________________________ 10. Modifications Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. ________________________________________ 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of applicable Indian courts.
